From October 12 to 14, 2018, it was jointly sponsored by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the First Hospital of Beijing University and the First Affiliated Hospital, and co-sponsored by Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Kangpeixing Medical Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. The company was successfully held in Zhengzhou. More than 400 urologists, andrologists, reproductive and pharmaceutical experts from all over the country participated in the forum.

The experts of this forum made academic reports around the three themes of "sexual dysfunction, prostate disease and male infertility". They made academic reports on impotence syndrome differentiation and rational use of traditional Chinese medicine, premature ejaculation syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, treatment of prostatitis by integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, differentiation and classification of traditional Chinese medicine for male infertility and rational selection of traditional Chinese medicine, and determination of spermatogenic function of azoospermia. Full academic exchanges have been made. Professor Wang Bin of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Professor Sun Zixue of Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine introduced the development and achievements of the Guidelines for Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis and the Guidelines for Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicine in the Treatment of oligoasthenospermia.

At the meeting, Professor Zhang Chunhe of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, a total of five clinical experts of Chinese and Western medicine, discussed the internal relationship between syndrome differentiation and treatment of prostatitis and UPOINT, the treatment of prostatitis by integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the experience of selective dorsal penile nerve amputation for primary premature ejaculation, the compilation of guidelines for the application of Chinese patent medicine for prostatitis, and the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with Chinese patent medicine. Reasonable choice and application strategy are reported and interpreted. On the evening of October 13, the 2nd andrological drug research forum came to a successful conclusion. I believe that the successful holding of the 2nd Andrological Drug Research Forum will lay a solid foundation for the future research and development of Chinese andrological drugs and the long-term development of the cause of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in andrology. At the end of the forum, the third andrological drug research forum in 2019 will be held in Wuhan from September 20 to 22, 2019.
